TUNGSTEN ALLOY PLATE 

Is the primary material used in the production of various tungsten alloy products. Tungsten alloy plate can be produced into tungsten alloy rods, tungsten alloy discs, billets, rolled or pressed into rods, plates, etc. by sintering.

The performance of tungsten alloy plate is closely related to its manufacturing materials. Some properties of tungsten alloy are listed below for reference.

High density: The density of tungsten alloy is generally 16.5~19.0g/cm^3, which is more than twice the density of steel.

High tensile strength: The tensile strength of sintered W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy is 800~1000MPa, and its strength can be increased to 1300~1500 MPa after heat treatment and deformation processing.

Good ductility: W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy has good ductility, and its elongation in the sintered state can reach 10%~15%. After vacuum or atmosphere dehydrogenation treatment, the elongation can be increased to 20%~30%.

Good ability to absorb radiation: The ability of high-density alloy to absorb radiation is 30%~40% higher than that of lead, and its stability is also better than that of lead.

 

PRODUCT USES

Tungsten alloy plates are usually used to make various counterweights, radiation shielding parts, national defense military equipment, welding rods, extrusion dies, and are also used in some sports fields, such as darts, steel billets, golf heads, etc.
