LOW-CARBON STEEL WIRE

Low-carbon steel wire is a kind of metal wire drawn from low-carbon steel, including Q195 low-carbon steel wire and Q235 low-carbon steel wire.

The composition of iron wire varies according to its use. It contains: iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, carbon, zinc, and other elements. The hot metal billet is rolled into a 5mm thick steel bar, which is then drawn into wires of different diameters in a wire drawing device, and the aperture of the wire drawing disk is gradually reduced. The wire is cooled, annealed, coated, and other processing processes are performed to make wires of various specifications.
