TC4 TITANIUM ROD

The composition of titanium alloy TC4 material is Ti-6Al-4V, which belongs to the (α+β) type titanium alloy with good comprehensive mechanical properties. High specific strength. The strength of TC4 is sb=1.012GPa, the density is g=4.51g/cm3, and the specific strength is sb/g=23.5, while the specific strength of alloy steel is less than 18. Titanium alloy has low thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of titanium alloy is 1/5 of iron and 1/10 of aluminum, and the thermal conductivity of TC4 is l=7.955W/m·K.

Although TC4 titanium is known for its high strength and low weight, the strength can be improved by heat treatment. Like any other titanium rod or titanium plate, TC4 titanium alloy is also corrosion-resistant.

 

PRODUCT USE

Aerospace, marine and medical, it can also be used in chemical processing. In addition to this, these titanium rods are also used to manufacture aircraft turbines, engine parts and automatic parts.
