Overview
GALVANIZED STEEL CHANNEL
A steel channel treated by hot-dip galvanizing process, mainly used for corrosion protection of metal structural facilities. The galvanized steel channel is made by immersing the rust-removed steel in 440~460℃ zinc liquid to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the steel, thereby achieving the purpose of corrosion protection.
CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS OF GALVANIZED STEEL CHANNEL
Galvanized steel channels are usually made of refractory materials or steel materials. The refractory material channel consists of a molten zinc heating channel and an operating channel, which is suitable for a closed molten zinc environment. Steel material channels are more common, including gray iron casting channels and steel plate welding channels. These channels are widely adaptable, easy to repair and replace, and easy to heat.
APPLICATION SCENARIOS OF GALVANIZED STEEL CHANNELS
Galvanized steel channels are widely used in metal structural facilities in various industries, such as construction, vehicle manufacturing and other industrial structures. Its corrosion resistance, high strength and good plasticity make it perform well in various environments, able to withstand high-intensity loads and adapt to different construction needs.
