Overview

TINNED COIL

Tin-coil refers to a metal coil with a layer of tin coated on the surface of a steel plate, also known as tin steel coil. Its production process includes first chemically treating the steel plate to remove oil and rust, then spraying a layer of tin coating on the surface of the steel plate, and then melting the tin coating through a high-temperature furnace to form a firm bond with the surface of the steel plate. Tin-coil has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and easy processing.

PRODUCT USE

Food packaging: Since the tin layer has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, it can effectively protect food and prevent mutual penetration between food and packaging materials, thereby maintaining the freshness and taste of food. Therefore, tin-plated coils are widely used in various food packaging, such as cans, beverage cans, etc.

Electronic components: Tin-plated coils have good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can produce high-quality electronic components such as capacitors, inductors, transformers, etc. In addition, tin-plated coils can also be used to make circuit boards and printed circuit boards, etc.

‌Building materials: Tin-plated coils have excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and can be used to make building materials such as roof panels, wall panels, etc. At the same time, tin-plated coils can also be used to make car shells, home appliance shells, etc.
