301 STAINLESS STEEL STRIP

A metastable austenitic stainless steel with a completely austenitic structure under the condition of full solid solution. Among austenitic stainless steels, 301 is the most susceptible to cold deformation and strengthening. Through cold deformation processing, the strength and hardness of the steel can be improved, and sufficient plasticity and toughness can be retained. In addition, this steel has good rust resistance under atmospheric conditions, but poor corrosion resistance in reducing media and poor corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acids, alkalis and salts. Therefore, it is not recommended for use in harsh corrosive environments. 301 is mainly used in a cold-processed state to withstand high loads, and it is hoped that the weight of the equipment and rust-free equipment parts will be reduced. In addition, this steel is easy to produce work hardening when impacted by external forces, which can absorb more impact energy and provide more reliable safety protection for equipment and personnel.

301 super-hard stainless steel strip requires high hardness, good elasticity, strong toughness, and hardness of HV550-580. The product is required to be bent at a right angle of 90 degrees without cracking (longitudinal and transverse). 301 ultra-thin stainless steel strip is made of ultra-thin (0.05mm-0.1mm thickness) and ultra-hard (generally hardness between HV480-550) stainless steel material). It is mainly used in membrane switches, micro switches, PCB boards, printed circuit boards, hard boards and other products. It has several advantages such as stable contact, strong conductivity, stable rebound and good hand feel.

301 ultra-flat stainless steel strip is suitable for products with extremely high flatness requirements, such as stainless steel mesh or lead iron ore.

 

PRODUCT USE

Currently, 301 stainless steel strip is mainly used in trains, aircraft, conveyor belts, vehicles, bolts, nuts, springs, screens, cabinets, boilers, building materials, chemicals, bathtubs, agriculture, water heaters, auto parts, medical equipment, indoor pipelines, food industry, ship parts and other industries.
